The Fraternal Order of Police was founded in 1915 to fight for the salaries and benefits of police officers. With nearly a century of experience and exclusive representation of law enforcement officers, the National Fraternal Order of Police Labor Services Division provides the most comprehensive services available to ensure that no officer goes to the bargaining table alone.
The FOP is the world’s largest and most successful law enforcement union. No one has more experience or negotiates more police labor contracts than the FOP. Legal Plan
One of the most appreciated services provided by the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police Arizona Labor Council, is our Legal Defense Plan. It is designed to cover the legal exposures faced by members of the Arizona FOP.
The plan is member governed, protects the rights of officers and ensures attorney representation. Read the legal plan below and we are confident you will find it to be the best law enforcement legal defense plan available.
The plan not only covers work related criminal, civil and administrative, it allows unlimited phone or office consultations on any personal legal matter. In addition, the plan includes workman’s comp matters, IRS representation, will for member and spouse, legal defense of moving violations, estate representation and a discounted rate for other legal services.

Union College Benefit
The EBS Union College Benefit is a broad-spectrum network of regionally accredited colleges and universities that offer deeply discounted certificates, Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degree programs, including top tier criminal justice programs, for our union members and their families.
We recognize that many union members are juggling the responsibilities of work, family, and community service, so the benefit has prioritized accessibility by allowing students to attend 100% online in over 50 programs.
The Arizona Highway Patrol and Department of Public Safety Heritage Museum invites all DPS retirees to become a permanent part of the Museum by purchasing a commemorative brick. Any retiree from the Arizona Highway Patrol/Department of Public Safety is eligible to purchase a brick. Family and friends of retirees may also purchase bricks, but the individual identified on each brick must have retired from AHP/DPS. Bricks will be installed at the north entrance of the Museum. Each brick may contain the retiree's name (including rank for sworn), badge number, and years of service.
Cost of each brick is only $100, and all proceeds will benefit the Museum.
Remember, the Museum is a registered 501 (c) (3) organization, so your cost is tax deductible.

Scholarships
The Arizona State Fraternal Order of Police Associates provides annual $1,000 scholarships for dependents and grandchildren of FOP, Auxiliary, and Associate Members. The Grand Canyon State Lodge 32A also provides annual $1,000 scholarships to dependents and grandchildren of FOP Lodge 32 and 32A Members.
Dependents and grandchildren can qualify for both the State and 32A scholarship (with a lifetime cap of one of each type).

Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 32 takes the mental and emotional wellbeing of our members seriously. We offer a number of wellness solutions for members and their families.
